Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Goods
While we will do our best to ensure your items are safely packaged, we cannot control what happens once they leave our hands.
If items are damaged upon arrival, we can replace them depending on leftover stock. We will require photo evidence or video unboxing proof of the damage, and the replacement shipping fee will be put upon the buyer.
We cannot offer monetary refunds for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
We are not liable for damages that occur after they have left our hands.
Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Refunds are only available before the end of the preorder period.
Once the pre-order period has ended, we can not offer any refunds.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
If you would like to cancel your order, change bundles, or you made an error when submitting your info, contact us before pre-orders end with:
- the name you provided for your order
- the order number
- (If applicable) The error made, and what to replace it with
Should your package be undelivered or returned, we are not liable for the package and will be unable to provide a refund or replacement. A replacement bundle may be sent upon a repayment of shipping cost.
